Mr. McDonald has extensive experience in construction management and development. Prior to joining Parallel, Mr. McDonald was vice president and head of development at Berkshire Development responsible for coordinating the due diligence, design and entitlements of a portfolio of retail projects valued in excess of $600 million.
Previously, Mr. McDonald was a Senior Vice President at Konover Development, reporting to the Chairman and Founder. Mr. McDonald was responsible for overseeing the renovation and development of retail centers, hotels and industrial parks and office buildings. He was involved in site selection, land control, due diligence, tenant coordination and oversight of architects, engineers and attorneys, managing projects through the entitlement process and then overseeing construction.
Prior to Konover, Mr. McDonald worked for other development companies including The Edgewater Companies and The Pyramid Companies.
Mr. McDonald graduated from LeMoyne College with a B.S. in Business Administration. He also received an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Syracuse University. |
