Parallel is a real estate finance and investment firm headquartered in Armonk, NY, and Charlotte, NC. The firm is owned and managed by a veteran team of professionals possessing average industry experience of over 25 years in commercial and corporate real estate, asset-backed finance, capital markets, investment management, and international taxation.   

Our investment and capital markets platform, Parallel Capital, focuses primarily on investment of debt and equity capital in and development of single-tenant net-leased corporate and commercial real estate and timberland assets. Through Parallel Asset Management, we provide a broad range of commercial real estate advisory services, including asset management, transaction structuring, debt and equity placement, workouts, due diligence and asset evaluation.

We are pleased to announce the launch of Pre-CAP©, our program for single tenant, build-to-suit development.  Through Pre-CAP©, Parallel Capital provides 100% funding for construction of NNN, single tenant projects.

Our senior management have spent their careers directly involved in real estate debt and equity through multiple real estate cycles and across the spectrum of real estate assets, with in-depth experience in:

Over the past 20 years Parallel senior management has:

Owned or managed as principal or third party millions of square feet of retail, apartment, office, and industrial properties
   
Managed market-leading net lease investment and finance platforms at two top U.S. financial institutions, which acquired as principal, arranged, or financed over $15 billion of corporate real estate assets, including several hundred million dollars of build-to-suit projects for Fortune 500 companies.
   
Provided full service asset management services on in excess of $1.2 billion of ”workout” assignments in the current cycle and distressed asset resolution on more than $1.7 billion in previous down cycles
   
Provided risk management, due diligence and other consulting services  to institutional investors on more than $20 billion of debt and CMBS
   
Created and managed a 20 office national real estate loan origination network, which originated and/or underwrote over $5.5 billion in conduit, whole loan and structured financing, including distressed assets
